Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using gweiloprints.com (the “Site”) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase any products.

Products & ordering

Gweilo Prints sells fine art photography prints that are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, Gelato. Each item is custom printed to your specifications after your order is placed.

Because all products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once they have been submitted to production. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur between your screen and the final print due to differences in monitor calibration, paper stock, and printing processes.

Pricing & payment

All prices on the Site are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include standard shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payments are processed securely through Airwallex. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & delivery

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of production, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Prints are produced at the Gelato facility nearest to your shipping address to minimise transit time and environmental impact. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Gweilo Prints is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & refunds

Because each print is custom produced to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@gweiloprints.com with your order number and photographs clearly showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Intellectual property

Prints purchased from the Site are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any photograph or content without prior written permission from Gweilo Prints.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gweilo Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the purchase of any products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

The Site and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
